Euphoric gloom

Get up off you
slowly pulling out
this should be an euphoric moment yet
i feel not so at all

my face is down
my heart is down
and my penis takes a cue

sex is supposed to be a cure all
but my ailing heart is unresponsive

Maybe it's because this is not the first time
Maybe it's because we have tried this treatment one too many times
